Clear clipboard history

Clearing the current clipboard and deleting saved clipboard history are separate actions. Copying something new replaces the current item, but does not delete previously saved clips.

Use our free Clear Clipboard utility to empty the current clipboard.

To clear the history saved by Clipdiary:

• Press Ctrl + D to open Clipdiary.
• Open File -> Options -> Database -> Clipboard History.
• Use the database clearing command to delete saved clips.

You can also select individual clips and delete only the items you no longer need. Clearing Clipdiary history does not clear the separate history maintained by Windows.
